Abstract

This study seeks to analyze how much junior companies in Administration courses at a federal educational institution influence the training of students from the perspective of experiential learning. In this sense, the work was based on the developments of experiential learning, especially based on the understanding proposed by Kolb. The study has a qualitative approach, characterized as descriptive and exploratory. The data collection process was carried out through semi-structured virtual and in-person interviews, analyzed through informational-qualitative discourse analysis. The results were organized into three categories that address the theme Contribution of the experience lived in EJ in the development of skills; Real world experience; Relationship between experience at EJ and training in administration. In this way, the experience in the junior company complements academic training by allowing students to make direct connections between the theory learned in the classroom and its practical application. This immersion in administrative practice offers a more integrated and holistic training, standing out as an essential component in preparing students to become competent administrators and more assertive in their decisions.
