Abstract

Agroindustrial Cooperatives have been undergoing changes to adapt to business development. The 5S methodology is a tool that establishes the foundations for any type of improvement, as senses produce results in both human resources and the organizational environment. The objective of this research is to automate the data collection process relating to the 5s of the sense audit process of the Marketing Department of an Agricultural Cooperative. As a result, it is noted that with the integration of the tools, the application was able to optimize the audit application time, store the data, create a dynamic dashboard and forward the indicators to managers automatically.
