Abstract

The introduction of technologies and the non-daily Internet has increased the transparency and accessibility of public services, allowing citizens to demand a more efficient public service aligned with current social demands. This work presents a survey of the main measures adopted for the digital transformation of public services in the state of Alagoas. A descriptive, qualitative and bibliographical research was carried out, using bibliographical research methods with documentary collection and indirect observation techniques. In fact, there has been an increase in the supply of digital public services in Alagoas in recent years, improving the quality of services and saving public resources.
