Abstract

Leadership is recognized as a key factor in employee innovative behavior, essential for the survival of organizations in an ever-changing world. Innovation, seen as a dynamic development process, aims to improve processes and meet consumer needs. Leaders play a crucial role at all levels of this process, encouraging the search for new opportunities and creating an environment conducive to innovation. Thus, leadership directly influences organizational results, motivating employees and improving performance. This study seeks to understand how leadership catalyzes innovation in organizations, analyzing the necessary skills of leaders to create na environment favorable to innovation. The research is a systematic review of the literature, using a rigorous methodology to identify and evaluate relevant studies, with the aim of providing clarity on the importance of leadership in promoting innovation.
