Abstract

This work aimed to analyze the dimensions of Lean Digital applied by the company CI&T. The theoretical framework was based on the elements of Lean Digital, a strategic approach that combines the principles of traditional Lean with agile practices and the new digital era. To achieve this goal, a qualitative methodological approach was adopted, characterized as an exploratory-descriptive study. Interviews were conducted with CI&T managers for data collection, which were subsequently transcribed and analyzed as part of the research evidence. The research results indicated the effective implementation of Lean Digital by CI&T. The use of customer-centric practices, agile processes, and the integration of digital technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of services offered was evident. Additionally, managers highlighted the importance of knowledge transfer between company leaders and customer leaders as a fundamental strategy for a personalized and effective approach. By highlighting the effective practices implemented by CI&T, it provides a solid foundation for understanding the benefits of Lean Digital in adapting organizations to the demands of the digital market and in the continuous improvement of their processes and services.
