Abstract

The present study aimed to identify and describe relevant, clear, and accessible frameworks that assist in experience design. To achieve this, a systematic literature review was conducted, capturing 15 frameworks organized into three categories: macro-frameworks, complementary frameworks, and supplementary frameworks. This research contributes to the consumer studies by delving into the extensive literature landscape and highlighting useful frameworks for experience design. This article stands out when compared to other studies focused on specific and divergent practical issues. Moreover, it has a managerial impact by facilitating professionals in their search for such design tools.
