Abstract

The recent uncertainties arising from the Covid-19 pandemic have further reinforced and accelerated the use of teleworking as an alternative to keep organizations operating productively. To achieve the proposed objective, a theoretical survey was carried out on Telework, Quality of Life and Quality of Life at Work. If, on the one hand, the benefits are disseminated to organizations, workers and society, on the other hand, there are also a series of risks involved in this employment relationship. Regarding the methodological procedures adopted for the development of the study and data

collection, descriptive, documentary research was used; The data analysis sought support in the qualitative approach and in the case study. The data were collected through the application of two questionnaires, excerpted from Moreira's Master's Dissertation (2022). The first presents 10 questions that address the Dimension Boundaries between Remote Work and Family Life; the second, consisting of 17 questions, deals with the Quality of Life Dimension and Remote Work. Data collection was carried out through Google Forms and the study sample had the participation of 125 collaborators, which correspond to 50% of the surveyed universe. The results obtained reveal that telework brought positive changes, since collaborators were able to maintain an adequate work routine, with discipline in the execution of activities and felt safer because they did not need to commute to work; As a result, there was greater tranquility to perform work activities in the domestic environment and, consequently, stress and fatigue decreased.
