Sustentabilidade na gestão da cadeia de suprimentos do café: um estudo a partir da perspectiva do consumidor

Abstract

Organizations mold themselves to achieve their quest for dynamic economic adaptation in the market. Therefore, these issues will give them a competitive advantage to stand out as a powerful competitor. Furthermore, it is noticed that organizations seek to insert social responsibility in their links in the chains, in a method to adjust themselves to the new environmental regimentations and to achieve their consumer's aims. This article has the intention to analyze the adherence degree about sustainability dimensions in the context of supply chain management through consumer perspective concerning environmental, economic, and social perceptions. Therefore, for this work, was developed descriptive research of quantitative nature. In conclusion, was settled that consumers have a solid adherence to sustainability.
