Processo e Desenvolvimento de Novos Produtos: um Modelo Teórico

Resumo


O objetivo deste ensaio consiste em propor um modelo teórico que identifique os fatores de impacto do desempenho do Processo de Desenvolvimento de Novos Produtos, levando em conta a Orientação Empreendedora, a Integração Interfuncional e a Intensidade Competitiva como variáveis antecedentes a esse processo. Assim, partindo de uma abordagem qualitativa e de uma revisão teórica, foi possível propor um modelo teórico consistente que pode ser testado por meio de estudos empíricos futuros. Nesse sentido, este ensaio tem a expectativa de contribuir para uma melhor compreensão dos fatores que impactam o desempenho do Processo de Desenvolvimento de Novos Produtos e que incrementam o desempenho desses produtos no mercado.
